Famous Firsts

One row per person who was the first to do something: 154 hand-curated claims across space, aviation, exploration, sports, medicine, science, technology, politics and the arts, from Elcano completing the first circumnavigation in 1522 to the 2020s. There is no Wikipedia list for this; the claims are curated in the scraper and EVERY one is fact-checked against the person's own article before the row ships (the opening text must state the first; unsupported claims are excluded, and the pipeline reports them instead of guessing). Each person carries birth and death dates (circa and year-only kept as written), age at death, marriage and children counts, birthplace as City, State inside the US and City elsewhere, birth country, category, the year of the feat, and the age they were when they made history: median 37, from Louise Brown (first person born through IVF, age 0) to Pope Francis at 77. Built with a 12-test known-facts suite.

Yes. The exact Python scraper that built it is viewable on the dataset page by any signed-in member, so every number is reproducible.
